Water & Wastewater Automation System Integrator in Oman

System integrator for water & wastewater in Oman

System Integrator for Water & Wastewater Infrastructure in Oman

We support water utilities in Oman with end-to-end system integration, delivering modern, reliable, and scalable control systems (PLC & SCADA Systems). As a system integrator for large water utilities, we modernize control centers and transform legacy systems into unified SCADA platforms that enable seamless control across national and regional water networks. Our solutions integrate reservoirs, pump stations, treatment facilities, and distributed field assets into a single connected ecosystem, providing real-time monitoring and centralized operations. This ensures complete visibility, improved coordination, and more efficient management of the entire water and wastewater infrastructure.

Challenges Facing Modern Water Utilities

Modern water utilities require more than just SCADA systems - they need a connected, scalable, and intelligent control ecosystem that brings together assets, data, and operations across multiple levels. Our integration model is built on a unified, multi-layer architecture that seamlessly connects national control centres, regional operations, and field infrastructure into a single synchronized platform. This approach ensures consistent data flow, real-time visibility, and coordinated control across the entire water network. We provide solutions built on open systems, enabling seamless integration of control systems and field instrumentation across existing and new infrastructure. Our approach supports upgrades, retrofits, and modernization of PLC/RTU-based control systems without disrupting operations. With a strong focus on reliability, cybersecurity, and centralized governance, we help utilities enhance performance, extend asset life, and achieve efficient, future-ready operations

Infrastructure Challenges

  • Distributed assets scattered across large geography
  • Multiple control systems operating in silos
  • Ageing SCADA systems lacking interoperability
  • No centralized visibility across RCC and NCC
  • Limited redundancy and disaster recovery systems

Operational Challenges

  • Pump failures causing unplanned supply disruptions
  • Reservoir monitoring gaps leading to overflows or shortfalls
  • Manual data collection causing reporting delays

Technology Challenges

  • Gaps between PLC, SCADA and corporate IT systems
  • Data silos preventing cross-network intelligence
  • Communication and network reliability issues
  • Increasing cybersecurity risks in connected environments

Our Water Infrastructure Integration Model

Modern water utilities require more than just SCADA systems—they need a connected, scalable, and intelligent control ecosystem that brings together assets, data, and operations across multiple levels.

  • National Control Centres (NCC)

We enable seamless integration of field and regional systems with the National Control Centre, ensuring reliable data flow from distributed assets into centralized SCADA platforms. This includes capturing data from PLC/RTU-based field systems and integrating it into the NCC for unified visibility. Our focus is on standardizing data, optimizing communication networks, and ensuring secure connectivity between RCCs and the NCC. This allows utilities to achieve accurate multi-site monitoring, centralized data availability, and better decision-making at the national level.

  • Regional Control Centres (RCC)

We enable integration of field infrastructure with Regional Control Centres, ensuring reliable data acquisition from PLC/RTU-based systems and field instrumentation. RCCs act as the primary layer for aggregating, monitoring, and managing data from distributed assets such as pump stations and reservoirs. Our solutions ensure accurate data transmission from field systems to RCCs, along with seamless onward integration to the National Control Centre. This supports real-time monitoring, structured alarm handling, and continuous network event tracking, while maintaining synchronization across the entire control architecture.

  • Field Infrastructure Integration

We integrate all critical field assets into a unified system, ensuring seamless data flow from the ground level to control centres. This includes pump stations, reservoirs, treatment plants, and transmission pipelines, along with the required instrumentation for real-time data acquisition. Our approach ensures reliable monitoring and control of field operations, improved visibility into asset performance, and a scalable foundation for expanding infrastructure in the future.
