Supply Chain Executive

Experience: 1–2 years in Procurement / Supply Chain

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle local and regular procurement activities and supplier coordination. 

• Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate and follow up on orders. 

• Expedite supplier deliveries and ensure materials are received as per project requirements. 

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material availability and delivery schedules. 

• Maintain purchase orders, delivery status and supplier records. 

• Basic understanding of electrical and automation components is preferred. 

• Support project teams in ensuring timely material availability. 

 Required Skills: 

• Good communication and negotiation skills. 

• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Tamil. 

• Willingness to travel for supplier visits and procurement-related activities. 

• Good follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills. 

• Basic knowledge of electrical components and industrial products. 

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory. 

• Travel: 50 %
