About the Role

Are you a passionate and dynamic graduate engineer looking to embark on a rewarding career in sales and marketing within the cutting-edge Industrial Automation field? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking talented, experienced Graduates to join our Sales & Marketing department and become specialists in Industry 4.0 system integration solution sales. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Consyst’s innovative Digitalization & Control System Integration Solutions for industries and infrastructure businesses.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our pre-sales team to respond to RFQs from customers. Leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen, you will bridge the gap between the pre-sales team and sales lead, ensuring the seamless delivery of compelling proposals and quotations to our valued clients. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, where you will expertly present and demonstrate how our solutions perfectly align with our customers’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture potential leads and opportunities in the digitalization/ automation system integration space.
  • Forge strong and lasting relationships with key customers, including End Users, Partners, EPCs, and OEMs, ensuring effective communication with key decision-makers and fostering efficient marketing communications.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations for each opportunity, showcasing our solutions’ value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed regular sales targets, continuously improving the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the backend support team to tailor the right solution proposals to each customer’s unique needs.
  • Lead engaging virtual and face-to-face meetings with potential customers, actively listening to understand their requirements and pain points effectively.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date sales data, updating all relevant information into our ERP system.
  • Work in tandem with the sales lead to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering is required.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation Solution Sales/ IIoT Solution Sales.
  • Your strong desire to excel in the sales domain will drive your success in this role.
  • Excellent presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating our solutions’ value.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
