Role Purpose
The HR Recruiter will have to manage end-to-end technical recruitment for engineering and industrial automation roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HODs and Managers to understand technical skill requirements, project demands, and experience expectations.
- Create and publish job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Proactively source candidates using Naukri database search, LinkedIn search, Boolean search techniques, and internal database.
- Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate expertise and collect data.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensure timely feedback collection, and maintain effective communication between stakeholders and candidates.
- Update candidate records in ERP system and maintain structured talent database.
- Ensure hiring is completed within defined timelines (TAT) while maintaining quality of hire.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience
- At least 1–2 years in engineering/technical hiring
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering exposure preferred but not mandatory)
Skills Required
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Good to have basic understanding of PLC / SCADA / Automation concepts
- Experience in automation/manufacturing/EPC industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
